Midjweh - Egyptian folk clarinet.
We have a limited supply of these midjweh, they are approxiamtely eight inches long, and as shown below. They are untuned, and must be adjusted to get the two pipes in unison. This is done by inseting the reed section deeper into the instrument and by gently pulling the reed once it has been warmed up. This must be done on most midjweh anyway. |
